Setting up your business on DigitalNation BMS takes 10 minutes — register, pick your business type, upload your logo, and you’re ready to make your first invoice. No credit card. No setup fee. No contract. This guide walks you through the complete setup for your shop.

At DigitalNation BMS, the answer is clear — this is yours.

Before You Begin
Keep these three things handy:

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account
Location: /login
Capture: Phone + password fields
- Open BMS
- Enter your phone number
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
This account is yours alone. Without your password, no one — not even us — can view your business data.
Step 2: Choose Your Business Type
Location: /choose-business
Capture: 4 business type cards
You’ll see 4 business types:

| 🌿 Pesticides | Batches, expiry, dealer networks |
| 💰 Installment | Installment sales, guarantors |
Click Select on the one closest to your business.
This choice is permanent. Once selected, your business type cannot be changed — because each type comes with its own rules and workflows.
Step 3: Establish Your Identity
Location: /vendor/settings → Business
Capture: Business name, phone, address, CNIC fields
This information becomes your business’s voice — on every invoice, every report:

Step 4: Give Your Identity a Face (Optional)
Location: /vendor/settings → Business
Capture: Logo upload area + preview
- Click Upload Logo
- Choose your business logo
- It uploads automatically
No logo yet? No problem — the default logo will be applied. You can always add yours later from your settings.
Step 5: Write Your Own Rules
Location: /vendor/settings → Products
Capture: Invoice prefix, next number, print size
Here you define how your business operates:

Step 6: Save Your Settings
Location: /vendor/settings
Capture: Save button + success toast
Click Save.
That’s it — the system is now yours. Your business, your rules, in your hands.
