11 sections — profile, business, products, returns, services, notifications, messaging, preferences, security, package, plus mode.
DigitalNation BMS — Settings
One day, something needs to change.
The shop’s number changed. The invoice prefix doesn’t look right. The return period needs to go from 7 days to 14. You want to upload your own logo.
You open the system — where do you do all this?
You look around the menu. Some things in profile, some in business, some in general settings. Everything scattered.
Half an hour gone for a small change.
And sometimes you can’t even find where to change what — so you just give up.
DigitalNation BMS (Business Management Software) — everything in one place, clean.
All settings are organised into 11 sections — each in its own place:
- Profile — your name, phone, photo
- Business — shop name, logo, address
- Products — invoice prefix, low stock alerts
- Returns — return period, terms
- Services — repairs, warranty
- Notifications — what alerts you want
- Messaging — SMS, WhatsApp, email
- Preferences — currency, date format
- Security — password, sessions
- Package — your subscription
- Plus Mode — extra features
Everything in one place — find in 2 seconds, change in 1 minute.

Frequently asked questions
Does a settings change take effect immediately?
Mostly yes — name, address, logo — immediately. But some (like invoice prefix) apply only to new sales.
Can I change an old sale's invoice number?
No. Invoice numbers auto-increment — part of the audit trail.
What's the difference between Profile and Business?
- Profile — about you (the owner)
- Business — about your shop
Is the business logo mandatory on invoices?
Not required, but strongly recommended.
Will changing the return period affect old sales?
No. Old sales keep the old policy.
Can I set a low-stock alert per product?
Yes. The general threshold is here; per-product is in Products.
What happens when I enable repair jobs?
The Repair Jobs section appears in your menu.
Is there a record of settings changes?
Yes. Every change has an audit log — date, time, old and new value.
What if a setting is accidentally broken?
Contact DigitalNation Support immediately — the last valid value can be restored.
Can I reset settings to default?
Section by section — yes. A “Reset to Default” button in each section.
What should the password be?
At least 8 characters — one uppercase, one lowercase, one number.
Is 2FA mandatory?
No, but strongly recommended if your account has high-value transactions.
Why does the time zone matter?
Notifications and reports use the correct date. For Pakistan — Asia/Karachi.
Will it work without Plus Mode?
Yes. Plus Mode is an extra — daily work is complete without it.
