DigitalNation BMS — Sales & Purchases Reports

The question comes. “How much did I sell this month?”

You’re not sure.

You dig through the notebook. Count slips. Scroll through WhatsApp. Some numbers come up, some don’t.

And even then, the full picture isn’t there.

  • Morning’s sale separate, evening’s separate
  • Some on credit, some cash
  • One customer paid partial
  • Someone returned something

Two hours later, the final number still isn’t ready.

DigitalNation BMS (Business Management Software) gives you two reports — one click away.

Sale Summary and Purchase Summary — these two reports give you crystal clear picture:

  • How much you sold — in the selected period
  • How much you bought — from suppliers
  • How much you received — money in
  • How much is due — money pending
  • Every transaction’s detail — date, customer, amount

Month-end takes seconds — not hours.

DigitalNation Support — when a number gets confusing

Sometimes a sale total doesn’t look right. Sometimes a sale appears twice. Sometimes a filter doesn’t work.

Don’t worry. DigitalNation Support is with you:

  • Verify the numbers
  • If a sale was entered wrong — correct it
  • Understand filter settings
  • Via WhatsApp or call, quickly

We never change your data silently. Every change is dated and logged.

Frequently asked questions

Important notes

💡 Save PDFs every month Save last month’s Sale Summary and Purchase Summary. Yearly comparison becomes easy.

💡 Send Purchase Summary to suppliers At month-end — professional relationship, clean accounts.

💡 Use filters Instead of the full report — only the data you need.

💡 Check daily 2 minutes every evening — check the day’s sales and purchases. Catch mistakes early.

💡 Trust the numbers They come from the data you entered. Incomplete entry = incomplete report.

💡 For profit clarity Always enter purchase price per product — the profit column then reads correctly.
